TIPLA is an organization dedicated to serving the Intellectual Property legal community of Tennessee. Whether you are a patent attorney or a patent agent, or you are a trademark lawyer or a copyright lawyer, TIPLA offers something that will be of interest to you.

TIPLA welcomes all attorneys who have an interest in Intellectual Property law to join TIPLA. For more information, feel free to contact any officer or board member.

Twice a year TIPLA sponsers a Symposium at which TIPLA members come together to reacquaint themselves and to participate in the series of seminars offered. The Symposiums are currently being held in Nashville, TN. The Symposiums are CLE Seminars offering continuing legal education credits on intellectual property topics. CLE credits are available for Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Kentucky, and North Carolina attorneys.
